Nieuwpoort - 9th September 2025

Marina Facilites: 

Berth: 15 Euros, Marina is not secure.

Electricity: 4 Euros a day if it works

Water: 1€ for 100 liters, 

Shower: Need a special Fob to enter the shower and toilet block. The office is only opened from 9:00am to 11:00am, closed when we arrived so we didn't get a Fob so don't know how good or bad the showers are.

Sailing school or School program, not sure but the kids are having fun.

Oudenburg - 8th September 2025

 No facilities, but a nice quite place to park. There is a Spanish Restuarant close by opened Thursday to Sunday and Magnus only opened Sunday and serves Breakfast, lunch and Desserts.

Safe arrival drink, a Whiskey infused Beer. For a dark ale it wasn't too bad. (I really am happy, honest)

The dock, we are parked next to the Spanish Restuarant, of course, not opened today.

Bridge closing after we have gone through it on our way to Oudenburg

Lock we will go through tomorrow, both lock gates are opened but we still need the bridges to be opened for us.

Bruges at Campground Bargeweg Bruge - 4th September to 7th September 2025

Marina Facilites: 

Berth: 15 Euros, Flandria Marina is secure, there is a gate with a code

Electricity: 4 Euros a day 

Water: 1€ for 100 liters, the marina also has extra top (blue) these as canal water great for cleaning the boat.

Shower: Need a token at a cost of 1€ for 10 minutes. Lots of room and has a rain shower head, because it was all new all the holes in the shower head worked.

The cousins left on the Friday the 5th September. It was great to get to know them better and to have guests on board and know even though it is a tight squeeze it's not so bad. However, she really is a boat for two.

Ghent - 1st September to 3rd September 2025

Marina Facilites: 

Berth: 15 Euros, Marina is not secure, there is a gate but no need for a code

Electricity: Use a card 

Water: Need to use a card

Shower: Need to use a card. Note - need to use the card to enter the Toilets and shower block at a cose of 20 cents or you can push on the door very hard and it will open.

When we arrived at the marina there was another Greenline at the marina, within an hour another Greenline arrived.

Meet up with the other owners on QL4

On the 2nd September we picked up Damian and Gervase, Martin's cousins from UK. For the next 3 days they will be staying with us.

Boat tour while it's raining, not sure they can see much under the umbrellas.
